This is my attempt to try to stay cool, yet edgy chic, while existing in Los Angeles. Also, the front tuck – business in the front, party in the back – is one of my favorite ways to style a top and pants together. It is a way to define your waist, without making it the focal point. To add, the shorts used to be pants, but I decided to cut them because I couldn’t find black cutoffs that I liked…DIY fact.
We came across this beaut while she was promoting the feminine classic chic clothing line byVivian Chan.As soon as we spotted her across the room, we knew we had to feature her on the blog! The clean lines and impeccable structure were too good to pass up. Below, she is wearing the “Rosie” skirt, which is pulling a Hannah Montana by giving you the best of both worlds; shorts and a full skirt. The sheer area of the skirt keeps it classy, by revealing the perfect amount of skin. Her “Angelina” top is a modern turtleneck, that is excellent for layering!
