4th of July Spritzers!


Super delicious, super refreshing, super easy.

What you’ll need: 

♥2.5 cups watermelon, cubed
♥2 tablespoons honey
♥1 lemon
♥Vodka (or liquor of choice)
♥Sparkling water

The How To:

♥Juice 1 lemon and cube watermelon
♥Put watermelon, lemon juice, and honey into blender. Blend on “juice” setting until smooth.
♥Store mixture in fridge until cold
♥When ready to enjoy, put 1 part watermelon puree with 1 part vodka and 2 parts sparkling water. (Or ditch the alcohol as a refreshing & healthy alternative)
♥Add a slice of watermelon as garnish! Enjoy!

Wonder Berry Smoothie

If you’re like the rest of us, you’ve realized it’s Spring! While the birdies chirping and the little flowers blooming bring us joy, the idea that Summer is just around the corner means that it’s time to whip into shape! Nix the breakfast burritos & waffles, and try this delightfully refreshing wonder-smoothie for a change! Both protein and antioxidant packed, this has become my post yoga go-to breakfast!

Here’s what you’ll need:

  • 1/4 cup raspberries
  • 1/4 cup chopped strawberries
  • 6oz almond milk
  • 2oz POM Wonderful
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 3 ice cubes

Blend on high for about 30 seconds. If you have a blender bottle you can even make this bad boy pre-workout, like I do! Store in a cool place at the gym and shake it up when you’re ready to enjoy!
