2015 is going to be THE year. We have so many fun and exciting things planned… our biggest problem is keeping track of it all!! We’re sharing a few little goodies to kick start 2015 and help you to stay organized and happy!

Most important: super cute planner printables! These are FREE (we love free!!) and really fun/decorative. Plus, you can print ’em at home.

We printed this one from Chantel Emma to keep track of halfsies meetings & events! Try handmade home or Just a girl and her blog for other adorable designs.

Simple changes will made a biiig impact this year! Other things we’re using to stay organized? Fun sticky notes (for leaving funny notes around the apartment, labeling the fridge with healthy reminders, jotting a love note on a bottle of wine… you know). Kate Spade does it again with this little set at Nordstrom! Also, why not try a fox paper clip holder & assorted mustache paper clips?? I mean, comon.

We’re also lovers of the Bad Goods Notebook (perfect for jotting dreams and doodles and to-do lists), and Wildfox’s To-Do T (why make your own lists? this one clearly already lists everything that matters… practicing piano, sewing, walking into town, writing, and finding love… ♥).

And this year, we are vowing not to throw our earrings across our bedroom at night in our tired delirium. These little jewelry boxes can help you stay organized by serving as an accent item on your nightstand! Or, opt for a simple small plate and use it as a ring / earring tray.

Oh, and if you don’t have a reusable waterbottle that’s cute and chic and made of glass (BPA/weird chemical free, yay!), get with it. It’s 2015.

What are you doing to stay organized in 2015?? Share share! xx

The new year is a perfect time to liven up your home decor! Gold is warm and glittery, a great accent color for any area in the house. I love paring gold with soft pastels, bold blacks, and white walls! Here’s my inspo for each of the items above (plus, lots of blog inspired DIY options):

1 – Bar Cart! Bar carts are big news right now, esp for the yuppie generation that loves the idea of having a mini bar, but doesn’t have an apartment equipped with a built in. A bar cart is a super cute, stylish way to display cutesy bottles, glasses, straws, mixers, etc! Check out this article by Camille Styles for inspo on how to make your bar cart beautiful!

2 -Faux Antlers! Faux is everything! Faux antlers are beautiful and decorative without the cruelty that we H A T E. Use these as jewelry hangers for a multi-purpose storage / decor option! For an awesome DIY tutorial, check out The Blissful Bee.

3 / 4 – Gold dipped vases & lamps! Start with simple glass bottles or jars and DIY these boys into sparkly little gems. Two twenty one has a superb step-by-step guide! Check it out:

6 – Golden long stemmed silverware! We haven’t reached the point of DIY on these kids, but they do pair marvelously with every table setting… ever. Just go buy some.
