I’m known to guzzle water all day longgg. Drinking water just makes me feel so good and cleansed! And it’s sooo important for your brain / weight loss / clear skin / a healthy body overall!
It always amazes me when people tell me that they haven’t had any water all day. I chug water first thing in the morning and don’t stop all day! Nothing does a better job of waking me up and helping me to feel refreshed.
If you’re one of those people that doesn’t get their water fill, try this fun trick and I promiseee you’ll be more inclined to remember that water! These flavored ice cubes are super yummy and infuse water with different flavors and nutrients! You can pretty much do whatever you want here, but I’ve found that the most successful ice infusions are cubes made from a fruit base (lemon juice, orange juice, apple juice, watermelon, strawberries) with fun little accents embedded within (blueberries, mint leaves, orange rind).
There are two distinct ways of doing this, but I tend to favor blending fruit into little smoothie ice cubes! Gather your ingredients and follow the instructions below!
Here’s my fave recipe:
Blend 1 cup strawberries with 1 oz orange juice and 1 tsp on mint. Pour into ice cube molds, let freeze. Drop in your water (or hell, your favorite vodka soda??) and enjoy!
Another option that I love? Straight lemon juice with blueberries floating inside! These look super pretty and taste even better!
